Waren einmal nachmittags da, super leckere Waffeln gegessen mit Kaffe. Nächsten Tag, abends zum Essen, köstliche Fischplatte. Bedienung beides mal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Trotz Jade Wochenende sehr ruhiger Ort um zu genießen, sehr empfehlenswert!

5 Sterne – Absolut empfehlenswert! Wir waren im Restaurant Seestern am Südstrand in Wilhelmshaven zu Gast und rundum begeistert. Die Speisen waren nicht nur sehr lecker, sondern auch frisch und mit Liebe zum Detail zubereitet. Besonders das Krüstchen Schnitzel mit Spiegelei, Bratkartoffeln und Salatbeilage hat uns überzeugt – knusprig, herzhaft und perfekt abgeschmeckt. Auch das Jever vom Fass war hervorragend gezapft und hat das Essen perfekt abgerundet. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und flott, sodass wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt haben. Das Restaurant selbst ist gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet eine angenehme Atmosphäre mit Blick auf den Jadebusen – ideal für einen entspannten Restaurantbesuch. Fazit: Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können das Seestern uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

We had the "Seelachs" as main dish and icecream as dessert. Everything was perfect: the food was very delicious, the service was super friendly and the place is cozy. Try to reserve so that you will have the chance to enjoy your stay outside with a perfect view to the sea. Thanks a lot, we will definitely come a 2nd time.

Es war ein schöner Abend. Bedienung war super, immer einen Spruch auf den Lippen. Essen war sehr gut, wir hatten nichts zu meckern. Wir können das Restaurant absolut weiterempfehlen. Danke an den Koch/ Köchin und die Bedienung. Uns hat der Abend sehr viel Spaß gemacht.

Ein absolutes Spitzenrestaurant! Die Speisen waren von außerordentlicher Qualität, der Fisch war auf den Punkt gebraten, der Salat knackig, als ob er gerade erst geschnitten wurde, die Bratkartoffeln waren Spitzenklasse. Der Wein, wir hatten eine 2024er Scheurebe von Diehl, passte extrem gut zum Fisch. Der Service war schnell, kompetent, freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Man hat gemerkt, dass da Jemand mit viel Freude und Herzblut gearbeitet hat. Das Ambiente des Restaurants war ebenfalls toll: Stilvoll und gemütlich mit Blick auf den Jadebusen. Wir waren begeistert und kommen sehr gern wieder.
